HR Generalist

Stream International Nordic AB offers technical support and customer service in the Nordic market. Our clients are high-tech companies that have chosen to outsource parts of their operations.

Stream provides support for both private and corporate clients and the Nordic operations is located in Helsingborg. Helsingborg serves as the Nordic head office. We provide support in Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian and we have 300 employees.
We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to the Helsingborg site.

Your main responsibilities will involve:
Conduct recruiting for non-exempt and exempt positions.
Administer one or more of the human resource functions including recruiting, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, work environment and safety.
Manage development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Keep abreast of labor law and handle negotiations with unions. May compile various statistical reports and information for management review.
Manage change and processes for leading key HR initiatives.

You report directly to the HR Director for Northern Europe.
All client interactions and contacts with other sites within Stream is in English and therefore it is required of you that you have very good verbal and written skills in this language.

We prefer that you have:
Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices
Knowledge of human resources practices and methodologies.
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 4-5 years related experience in Human Resources
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
Knowledge of PC applications.
Knowledge of Taleo recruiting tool and experience of negotiations with unions is a plus
