HR Manager Hultsfred and co-ordination IKEA Industry Sweden

The Position
The primary role is as HR manager for the Board factory, in addition a responsibility for Hultsfred dual site (board and furniture factory) and a co-ordination role for Sweden.

The main responsibility as HR manger for the Board?s factory is to drive the HR agenda together and in a partnership with business leaders to positively contribute to excellent business performance, with focus on leadership, competence- and organizational development. The HR manager is a key role in the Factory Management Team as the main responsible driving the people strategy questions for the Board factory. The HR Manager will lead in accordance with the IKEA Industry mission and the factory objectives to secure short term, medium and long term profitability of the business.

Further the Board factory HR manager is expected to work with the following tasks;

? Implement the IKEA people strategy and IKEA Industry people plan;
Culture & Values, Leadership/Diversity, Building competence, Talent management and work place and all related activities connected to these areas.

? Be part of developing the strategic roadmap of the division and implement that plan in the Board factory in Hultsfred.
? Daily operational HR managers tasks
? To secure that the factory is at minimum level with regards to Human Resources country specific labor laws and standards. Health and safety are highlighted focus areas.
? Motivate and inspire the unit to work with continuous improvements

In the dual HR manager role the responsibility is to lead the HR back office for both of the factories in Hultsfred. In this responsibility there are tasks like:


? Salary administration function
? Negotiation with the Union
? Co-ordinate and secure compensation/benefit areas
? Site related HR topics and coordination of community activities

Your profile
To be qualified for this position you have a university degree within human resources or equal experiences. You have a proven successful record of qualitative HR work from IKEA or other international companies, preferably from the manufacturing business. You have experience from working with Swedish labor law and union relations. You are result driven, open minded and can easily create trust. You communicate in an inspiring way and are used to work independently in a fast pace environment. You are an excellent role model for the IKEA values and have the potential and the ambition for further growth within the Group. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, are a prerequisite as well as PC-skills on a professional level.
