HR Manager - Nordics - Malmö or Copenhagen

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Reporting to HR Director, the successful candidate will be based in Malmö or Copenhagen and will be part of the Nordics Leadership Team. Some travel will be required including to the UK where the HR admin team is based.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

With approximately 250 employees in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, you will provide professional human resources support in a variety of HR related areas, including employee relations, leadership coaching and development, performance management, employee engagement, working environment, process improvement, and recruitment. You will have three direct reports.

We Are Looking For

Educated to Degree level and having a minimum of 3 to 4 years? experience working as an HR Manager or HR Senior Specialist, you will have very a strong knowledge of Swedish labour law and union co-operations, including negotiations and agreement evaluations. Experience of Danish labour law would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload, have the ability to be creative with HR solutions and provide support to the Nordic management team.

You like to get things done and will be used to working in a fast paced environment, ideally in an international company. It is essential that you are fluent in both Swedish and English and that you have good written and verbal communication skills. You must be a good team-player and have the ability to work across different functions within the business.
