Stream International Nordic AB offers technical support and customer service in the Nordic market. Our clients are high-tech companies that have chosen to outsource parts of their operations.

Stream provides support for both private and corporate clients and the Nordic operations is located in Helsingborg. Helsingborg serves as the Nordic head office. We provide support in Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian and we have 300 employees.
We are currently seeking an HR Manager to the Helsingborg site.

Your main responsibilities will involve:
-Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
-Manage on-going maintenance of global HR applications including needs analysis, project planning, capacity planning, requirements specification, vendor selection, customization, testing, training and implementation.
-Interface with IT department on all HRMS project initiatives and development efforts to the HRMS system.
-Develop, design and deliver all HRMS related training for all end-users.
-Research, analyze, assess and recommend solutions to various HR automation issues to improve efficiency of human resources operations.
-Establish and maintain an effective and efficient working relationship with payroll.
-Manage first-line technical assistance for application end-users.
-Manage the design, creation, and maintenance of the Company?s HR Intranet products and activities.

Requirements:
-Skill in providing an excellent customer service experience.
-Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
-Skill in identifying, developing, prioritizing, and monitoring projects.
-Skill in conducting training classes regarding HR applications and administration.
-Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices.
-Knowledge of PC applications.
-Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers.
-Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
-Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
-Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development.
-Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
-Bachelor?s degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in the ongoing administration of an HRMS.
-Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
