HR Nordic Business Manager- Gothenburg

We are looking for a HR Nordic Business Manager to be based in Gothenburg, travels to other Nordic countries, especially to Finland, will occur on regular basis. As an HR Business Manager you will work both strategical and operational within the HR-area. You will work closely with management a cross countries in building a strong, competent and engaged team. You will be responsible to drive key HR processes such as; 


- Onboarding processes 
- Ongoing training in labor law, health and safety 
- Employee Satisfaction Management 
- Sick leave/Absence/Attrition Management 
- Management Review and Talent Management 
- Compensation, benefit and salary structure, including salary revision 

In your daily work as an HR Business Manager you will own processes and do analyses, take corrective actions, follow-up and develop each process mentioned above. On a regular basis you will report your performance to the company´s executive management team. 

The role requires a combination of operational capabilities and strategic insight as you will be responsible for both day-to-day HR activities and management coaching and support. The successful candidate take pride in a structured approach to administration and constantly strives to ensure effective and lean processes. In order to build management trust it is essential to possess high integrity, analytic capabilities and communicate convincingly in both Swedish and English. 

We are looking for a proactive self-starter who holds an academic degree in a relevant field and 3-4 years´ experience of Human Resources. The ability to work independently, coordinate multiple parallel processes and build relationships at all levels is a necessity. 
As part of the Nordic HR team you will report to the Nordic HR Manager and be a part of a Nordic Account Management Team.
