HR Project Manager for the Automotive Industry!

Do you have experience of executing global processes? Have you previously worked with People and Organizational Development? Adecco is currently looking for a freelance HR Project Manager for a shorter assignment for our client within the automotive industry located in Torslanda!

About the role
As HR Project Manager you will be part of a team, focusing on people and organizational development, targeting key areas of our client´s overall transformation strategy and process. The position offers an opportunity to be a part of an innovative HR organization within a global automotive company that has safety, quality and care for the environment as its company values.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Developing and supporting implementation of strategies, processes, methods and tools within People and Organization
- Managing, aligning and coordinating succession on top management positions
- Developing and supporting implementation of talent pipeline activities
- Facilitating, coaching and supporting corporate, cross-functional and functional organizational development

Furthermore you will be responsible for the challenge to accept new concepts, practices and approaches within People and Organization.

About you
You have an academic background and a degree within Human Resources or equivalent. You have a solid background in executing global processes and working in a global team and you are fluent in English, both in speech and in writing. Furthermore, you have expert knowledge and extensive experience from People and Organizational Development and related HR processes. Experience as Line Manager or HR Manager makes you a strong candidate for the role. As a person you have integrity and professionalism with strategic and analytical thinking.

With your previous experience, you are a person who is passionate about developing people and have a broad understanding of people processes. You are also a person with strong communications and cooperation skills who is business and performance driven. Furthermore, you are structured, well planned and self-going. 

Crucial for the position is:
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Expert knowledge and extensive experience from People and Organizational Development and related HR processes
- Ability to use the English language freely in speech and in writing

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the employment
The position as Project Manager in People and Organizational Development is as a consultant with start in immediately. The assignment will start in January and is expected to last until March 2017.
