The Immunodiagnostics Division (IDD) within ThermoFisher develops, manufactures and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,500 employees based in 25 countries worldwide IDD is the global leader in in vitro allergy testing and also the Eruopean leader in autoimmunity diagnostics. The HR Project Manager plays a key role in leading, managing and supporting HR programs, processes and projects across IDD. IDD is a relatively new ThermoFisher acquisition so this role will play a large role in leaqding IDD HR integration projects. Proactively and independently, the HR Project Manager will support the IDD HR VP, IDD Leadership and the global HR in the following areas:

Key Responsibilites

Lead and/or support IDD HR global integration projects to build a scalable and sustainable IDD HR support model in alignment with the ThermoFisher HR Services Delivery Model:

• With IDD VP HR develop and implement HR integration plan
• Serve and liaison between IDD, Corporate COEs and global HR
• Train and educate IDD Managers and HR professionals to utilize ThermoFisher HR tools and processes.

Process management and support of existing ThermoFisher programs and processes to meet the ongoing needs of IDD including:

• Executive Talent Administration
• Expropriate Assignment local coordination and administration
• Country compensation & benefits harmonization projects
• Code of conduct and Business ethics Compliance Training
• Diversity and inclusion
• Performance Management
• Compensation Management
• Human Resource Review

HR Metrics & Reporting

Prioritize and direct the global HR responsibilites of the IDD HR IT Administrate to:

• Ensure integrity of data of our HRIS system (monitor and audit as needed)
• Complete HR QBR Slide, analyze metrics and make recommendations
• Generate reports for analysis, data collection, compliance etc
• Develop and maintain division HR Metric "dashboards"
• Respond to corporate data requests

Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is required
• Around five years of Human Resources generalist experience
• Must be fluent in English and Swedish both verbal and written
• Computer skills - strong MS Excel competency required
• Work experience from multinational environment is meritorious

To succeed in this role you need to be process-oriented and structured in a pragmatical way. You have a drive for results and an ability to work both independently and as a team player, with strong interpersonal skills. Furthermore you have great communication skills and you need a global mindset as you will work with different cultures. Your are also capable and willing to work at all levels of acitivites form strategic to detail as needed.
