As a Diversity & Belonging Specialist you will develop strategies to increase representation within our technology organizations at Spotify. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and Business leaders to establish scalable global practices for our organization, while utilizing data-informed insights.
What you’ll be doing:
Design, launch and scale programs focused on growing representation and fostering inclusion and belonging within Spotify.
Develop toolkits and resources to equip Spotifiers with the tools to further increase belonging within the organization.
Establish and build relationships with external partners that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies.
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
Help analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans
Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized inclusion strategies.
Lead by example through following, setting or sharing program management best practices.
Act as an internal subject-matter-expert on diversity, equity & inclusion trends and data.
Track and report on relevant metrics both internally and externally to ensure we’re making clear progress, implementing solutions when progress stalls.
Be a visible and inspiring diversity, equity, and inclusion champion, communicating regularly to the company on all things related

Who you are:
You have at least 5 years of experience working in an HR and/or Diversity & Inclusion function
You are experienced with project management across multiple work-streams and in partnership with cross functional partners
Experience with strategy or operations, consulting, and crafting data-informed diversity program strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple overlapping priorities.
Must be flexible, curious, and seeks to be innovative in their approach to problem solving.
Ability to address and manage sensitive topics across the global landscape of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging with every level in the workplace.
