During the traineeship you will have the opportunity to grow professionally as well as personally, you will get to know BillerudKorsnäs business, the people and what it means to live the company´s core values. BillerudKorsnäs´ trainee programme will start in autumn 2014. It is primarily aimed at recent engineering graduates and other graduates to departments for technical sales, maintenance, production/process, development, operational excellence and logistic and other graduates suitably qualified for current needs such as HR, Business Intelligence and Forestry.

As a HR trainee within BillerudKorsnäs you will be involved within the HR processes to be able support the business. You will for example work with Employer Branding, Recruitment, Leadership Development and Compensation & Benefits. The role after the trainee year is to fill the position of HR Business Partner focusing on Relocation and Employer Branding.
