HSPA+ Mobile Chipset System-Level Experts

We are currently looking for 6 or so consultants to work as HSPA+ Mobile Base Band Chipset system developers. Job Description: These positions are to develop HSPA+ Base Band Chipset system-level solutions. Tasks will include: Base Band Transceiver Algorithm Design and link-level simulation for HSPA+, incl., Interference Cancellation, CPC, HS-SCCH Less, MIMO, 64QAM, DC, HSUPA, etc. * Architecture Designing for Base Band Chipset regarding, static modules and their DRX, handover, idle and connection mode behaviors, etc. * Providing System-level Design Specifications, Functional requirements and Implementation guidance. * Providing system and field level testing guidance. Required Skills * MUST HAVE application requirements include, working experience as system-level architect or algorithm designer for WCDMA/HSPA mobile chipset, HSPA+ preferred. * MUST HAVE STRONG understanding of 3GPP standards and wireless communication technologies, such as turbo decoder, MIMO receiver, Equalizer, Interference cancellation, etc. * Knowledge of System, engineering processes, particularly requirements analysis, interface definition, and detailed implementation on mobile chipset, and Wireless communication background. * Have the power to communicate well on paper and in person. Enjoy influencing people and standards, and have working history in leading companies with high demands for performance. * Abilities and creativities for system design and simulation, meeting with the performance requirement of industry. * Good at mathematics, digital signal processing, digital communication, matrix and probability. * Good team player, open minded, with good communication skills and strong abstract thinking ability. Travelling abroad will be needed.
