HSSE Manager for E.ON Nordic Countries

Your Responsibilities
- Implementing and promoting the EC&R HSSE Management System for all technologies and sites through a country-specific HSSE Management System.
- Central planning, steering and follow-up of all HSSE measures in coordination with the global HSSE management of EC&R.
- Proactively support line management and board members in meeting its responsibility.
- Development and promotion of an excellent HSSE culture.
- Advising and supporting the country/site and project management and managers in all HSSE matters.
- Ensuring legal requirements are identified and compliance is evaluated on a regular basis.
- Functional leadership, coordination and training of site and project HSSE experts/officers (incl. consultants).

Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience as HSSE professional, preferably in energy sector or oil and gas business
- Renewable Energies? knowledge is an advantage
- Successfully developing and maintaining HSSE Management Systems
- Broad experience of managing operational HSSE challenges
- Experience in construction projects and contractor management
- Knowledge of Behavioural Based Safety Tools

Education/training:
- Degree in engineering / safety engineering
- Qualification as a HSSE professional in accordance with the legal requirements
- Training on hazards related to the Wind Industry such as Crane Work/Lifting/Fall Prevention / Machinery Safety
- Electrical Safety Training (high and low voltage) / Formal Arc Flash Training
- ISO 14001 / OSHAS 18001 Auditor Training
- Training on Behavioural Based Safety
- Incident Investigation Training / Root Cause Analysis

Other qualities:
- Self-initiative, reliable and systematic manner of working
- Proactive work attitude and being customer orientated
- Negotiation skills, the ability to persuade others and assert oneself
- Training and moderator skills
- Mobile, able to work under pressure, team-oriented
- High level of communication abilities with regard to higher-ranking managers, employees and business partners
- Swedish and very good written and spoken English, further foreign languages are an advantage
