Human Resources Assistant with waitress/bartender skills

We at Four Service are looking for an individual with a great selling personality who prior to this has worked as a waiter/waitress/ bartender. You need to have good  knowledge about the restaurant business and its unique need of competent personal in order to help us strengthen our cooperation with international clients and develop our recruitment department. In this role you will have flexible daily duties which will include representing our company out on the field as a waiter/waitress/bartender. But also be in office and a apart of our recruitment department where tasks may include sourcing/screening candidates, participating in interviews and assisting managers with reference checks.

Qualifications

To be immediately considered for this opportunity, the following are required:
* Previous waiting on experience
* Ability to work according to the needs of the business
* He/she will be diligent and results-focused with a capacity to be part of the team.
* Posses organizational ability and thrive on providing  excellent guest service
* Outstanding written, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
* Have an eye for detail and be creative in a development stage.
* We would like to see that you have prior experience working as an office manager


Schedule on rotational basis, mostly daytime. Contract of indeterminate length is offered.
