What you’ll do
As our HR Business Partner - Senior Executive Life Cycle, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing all aspects of the employee life cycle, with a specific focus on our population of senior executives. You will execute this small but critical stakeholder group across a broad and exciting range of HR deliveries such as: recruitment, relocation, onboarding, rewards (pension, bonus and share programs), succession planning, talent development and offboarding. Your expertise will ensure that our senior executives receive an advanced level of support throughout their tenure with the company.

This position requires a deep understanding of HR topics and areas, as well as the ability to provide expert guidance to senior leaders in the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the senior management team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that ensure business success.
Your expertise and partnership will contribute to the development of a high-performing, engaged, and strategically aligned executive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and optimize all aspects of the senior executive life cycle – coordinating and bringing together the necessary competence from across our HR organisation.
* Provide guidance on executive compensation strategies and policies.
* Develop and maintain bespoke processes and strategies for this population including areas such as rewards, onboarding and succession planning.
* Assist in the implementation of our performance management processes for senior executives.
* Support succession planning efforts, including leadership development and talent pipeline management.
* Advise on executive recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Identify areas where we can improve the employee experience delivered to this population.
* Establish and maintain effective communication channels with this population.
* Excel in senior stakeholder management, meeting the demands of different stakeholders.
* Collaborate effectively with the rest of our HR organisation to ensure the right competence is consulted as and when necessary.
* Ensure senior executives are informed about and compliant with HR policies and procedures.
* Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes affecting executive employment.
* Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving senior executive engagement, retention, and performance. Create regular reports and metrics for senior leadership.

What you’ll bring:
* 10+ years of HR or similar experience with a focus on supporting senior management.
* Overall knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
* Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
* Comprehensive background working with succession planning and performance/development programs.
* Ability to quickly understand our people processes, including compensation and benefits, relocation, recruitment and onboarding.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
