HR-Generalist @ Gaming Corps


Gaming Corps is growing and with increasing size the need for a well-functioning HR-function increases accordingly. We are now looking for a structured, multi-tasking professional to form our HR-department as HR-Generalist.
Your tasks will include supporting Management and Directors with organization everything from administration of employee contracts, wellness invoices, certificates and time reporting to having contact with authorities.

The HR-Generalist is responsible for all or part of these areas:
? organizational and space planning;
? recruiting and staffing logistics;
? performance management and improvement systems;
? organization development;
? employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;
? employee orientation, development, and training;
? policy development and documentation;
? employee relations;
? company-wide committee facilitation;
? company employee communication;
? compensation and benefits administration;
? employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
? employee services and counseling.
The HR-Generalist maintains, leads and develops Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The HR-Generalist coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

? An education in a HR related field or possibly a few years of experience (3+) in a similar role with similar responsibilities

? The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
? The ability to communicate effortlessly in English across all levels of an organization
