In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- run and enhance the current framework for the ICAAP/ILAAP processes for Swedbank Group and ensuring that SREP findings are being identified and escalated appropriately.
- be the main point of contact and communicate and consolidate inputs from different stakeholders - Risk, Treasury and CFO organisation.
- act as speaking partner to teams responsible for balance sheet analysis, market risk, credit risk, operational risk and capital modelling, and gain understanding how different factors and scenarios play out in relation to the capital adequacy of the bank.
- keep up with regulatory developments.


What is needed in this role:
- We are responsible for setting timeline, defining deliveries, following up and reporting to management. In the meantime, we have to understand dependencies among different factors and processes and act as speaking partner to key stakeholders. These tasks put both project management and analytical skills to the test.
- You will have a support from colleagues in your team, yet you need to be comfortable working independently and take own initiatives. As we are a small group of people, everyone is required to take a great deal of responsibility.
- As much of our work is carried out in close cooperation and dependent on deliveries from other units and specialists a communicative and flexible personality is key.
- A university degree in finance or economics
- At least 5 years of work experience which either involves either analytical tasks or project management skills
- Knowledge of the composition of a bank’s balance sheet
- Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English
- Previous work with ICAAP/ILAAP, or regulatory guidelines is meriting
