Image Production & Operations Lead

We are looking for a strategical and service-minded Image Production & Operation Lead to own and professionalize Looklet's internal image editing production and supplier relationship. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to details while is still able to think strategically and enjoys building meaningful relationships.

Your main responsibility will be the day-to-day operational work related to the image editing of our technical solution handling thousands of images each day in our fully owned facility in Sri Lanka and for the collaboration with our third-party service providers. More specifically, your scope of work will in the first year likely include:

Production Analysis/Coordination and Management
-Short and mid-term forecast capacity planning balancing multiple providers, client needs and volume commitments as well as deadlines.
-Performance follow-up focused mainly on image quality and turnaround time.
-Lead internal communication on capacity, volume vs forecast follow-up and potential client implications.

Develop strategic relationships with third party service providers
-Familiarize yourself with providers’ key activities, processes, needs and restraints
-Be the point of contact for strategic matters
-Communication and coordination around product releases, e.g. sending of release notes etc.
-Suggest product improvements from process and timing perspective (to Product Development team)
-Own and drive potential expansion plans
-Regular visits to own production facility ~2 times/year and service providers ~1 time/year

Drive Looklet profit contribution
-Drive production accelerated innovation via simplification and standardization in the production process
-Work with sales on feasibility and development of potential up-sell features

Operations Projects
-Possibility to run a number of broader operations topics across several pillars pending on organizational need and candidate skillset.

Your Profile:
- 1-3 years of work experience in Operations Management and/or client-facing project management such as Key Account Manager
- Strategic and analytical skills – with a solution oriented attitude
- Strong coordination and project management skills, attention to detail, and the willingness to take decisions
- Ability to think conceptually, lead, and to stay calm in stressful situations
- Proficiency in English is a must and Swedish knowledge is nice to have

Nice to have skills:
- B.Sc./M.Sc in Business Administration (operations) most welcome
- Excel mastery
- Tech- or photo-savviness as a plus
