We’re now recruiting an Implementation Manager that will be dedicated to support markets with driving sales of Scania Fleet Care to bus and coach fleets.
 
Assignment
As an Implementation Manager you are a member of the Service Product Management Team and will work actively together with the team to introduce Fleet Care on new markets as well as supporting markets in bus and coach tenders involving Scania Fleet Care. You will work in close co-operation with Area Managers and Key Account Managers to drive new business opportunities.
 
The assignment will involve the following responsibilities: 

Actively work to find new Scania Fleet Care opportunities for buses and coaches together with relevant stakeholders.
Project management and implementation of Scania Fleet Care
Provide hands-on-support in sales and set-up of new Fleet Care operations
Provide market training and follow-up during the implementation projects
Participate in customer meetings to present Scania Fleet Care and the Uptime Guarantee
Collect best practices for starting new Fleet Care operations for large bus fleets
Collaborate with the Fleet Care Team to actively improve the product from a bus and coach perspective

You have the possibility to work in a strong and competent team and to build a wide network within both business units out in the markets as well as various central functions, giving you the opportunity to create a solid ground for a continuous career development. Implementation of service products means local market presence and thus quite a lot of traveling.
 
Your Profile
We are looking for a person with a strong customer focus mind-set and great communication skills. Service experience from the bus and coach industry is meriting, as is business to business sales experience. Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing is mandatory.
