About the job Group Financial Products & Advice (GFPA) is responsible for Swedbank's savings, insurance, leasing and loan products in our four home markets.

The role as Information Security Manager (ISM) is a key role supporting GFPA management, as well as, Business and IT stakeholders within the Business Unit. In my team you will work together with two other ISM's and in collaboration with Swedbank's Group Information Security unit.

You will be working in a fast paced and changing. If you enjoy balancing the big picture and hands-on practical work approach, then this role will be of interest for you.

As part of the job you will continue to implement way-of-working with information security including monitoring, support and follow-up. You will be the go-to person when it comes to identifying information security requirements and risks. You will also take part in mitigation activities.

What you need to succeed An interest and understanding in Information Security Management Systems processes, methodology, tools and general operational risk management.
Understanding the Cyber Security threat environment, relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as understanding IT and Business development process using agile way of working, are prerequisites for this role. Experience from any of our product areas is meriting.
CISSP/CISM certification is a merit and for this role you need relevant academic degree or similar relevant work experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills will be a success factor.
English language skills are required.
