About the role
Our client is a global solutions provider focused on healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions.
They are headquartered in Baar (Switzerland), has operating businesses in 18 countries and employs around 1,300 people worldwide.

The main purpose for Sourcing Manager is to initiate, perform and improve Purchasing Activities and Processes throughout the company, making sure that they are sustaining and developing the EMS sites.

The main objective for Sourcing Manager is to lead, manage and develop the Corporate Purchasing team to meet the main objectives. This includes team and process development as well as coordination inside and outside of the company.

• Ensure Cost, Deliveries, Quality and Features for their products and services
• Ensure process follow up and development for team members and EMS
• Increase Cost awareness within the company through continuous improvement of their processes and addressing root causes both internally and with suppliers
• Accountable in achieving the Sourcing KPI´s
• To secure the best manufacturers are selected based on: Price, Quality, Lead-time and Flexibility.
• Work with and develop our EMS suppliers

As Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the Sourcing department and reports to the Head of Sourcing & Quality Supply Chain.

About the employment
The assignment as Sourcing Manager is a consultative assignment and you will get an employment in Adecco Sweden. This is a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of extension for the right person. Start date is as soon as possible.
