Business Innovation is responsible for E.ONs innovation portfolio within Regional Unit Sweden and for positioning E.ON for the future energy market by initiating and running projects from start to maturity with the purpose of creating and developing the business models and energy solutions of the future.
Business innovation also aims to foster a cultural shift by applying new ways of working, an innovative and open business climate always close to our customers and to ensure that our team members develop skills needed in future E.ON.
In the role as Innovation Business Developer you will be responsible for identifying, creating and developing innovation projects starting from identify major business opportunities, idea generation, market analysis, business planning and strategy into execution and customer contracting ? the complete chain as if you were starting a new business but with all the support a large entity like E.ON can provide. You will work in an agile way across business units and functions in order to create the best possible prerequisites for success and you will take full responsibility for your work and execution thereof. The focused markets are the markets within Regional Unit Sweden but with focus on international cooperation, both within and outside the E.ON group.
It?s a complex, highly autonomous role with an entrepreneurial, business and commercial focus. Excellent management and communication skills are vital, as is the ability to drive things, think outside the box and push boundaries internally and towards customers. We will offer you an accelerated development, and provide you with an opportunity to build up a toolbox of skills and learnings faster than many other positions would offer, and our commitment is that we will tailor the role to fit the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree or entrepreneurial background
At least three years of professional experience.
Ability to work and manage internal and external stakeholders.
Business and commercial experience and understanding, project management is a plus.
Experience of being accountable to steering groups, boards, investors and other stakeholders for the delivery of complex pieces of work including reporting on progress, performance monitoring and evaluation.

To be successful in this role you have a strong drive to do business and you possess excellent communication skills at all levels and you enjoy launching new projects. You are ambitious, and possess a strong desire to learn new things and acquire new skills and tools.

We would also like to see that you have an innovative mindset, embrace change and possess both analytical and decision making ability.

You have the ability to take a big picture in every situation, and share this. We expect you to do well under pressure and work both in teams and under your own steam, not scared of rolling up your sleeves and doing the hard work yourself. Furthermore you can demonstrable contributing to the wider corporate needs of an organization beyond your immediate job description.
