As Inside Sales at SiteTel (part of NorthStar Group), you will be a part of a small and highly efficient sales team, working with our key global OEM customers, and report directly to our Global Account Manager (GAM).

Main Responsibilities:

- Be the primary support to GAM and Sales Managers in daily activities.
- Support GAM and Sales Managers to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the daily work and in specific customer interactions.
- Ensure internal systems and tools, such as ERP and CRM systems, are updated with accurate and qualitative information.
- Drive forecast and demand planning activities.
- Drive and manage product life-cycle matters versus customers, including New Product Introductions (NPI), inventory management and phase-outs.
- Drive and manage customer specific reporting e.g.: Delivery precision, Inventory reports, Delivery reports, etc.
- Manage customer face to face meetings covering the activities mentioned above.

Skills and knowledge:

- Previous Sales and/or Inside Sales experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and experienced working with CRM and ERP systems
