Key Responsibilities & Tasks

- Handle inquiries from customers
- Do all the research needed for a quote
- Follow-up with internal departments to make sure customers are well served
- Identify big opportunities and involve Account Managers/Project Sales to handle them
- Identify and close end-user opportunities
- Cold call potential new end-user
- Call users who have stated an interest in the products in order to fully understand the opportunity
- Identify the best partner to fit end-user needs and present the opportunity for full buy-in on products
- Collaborate with other Inside Sales to enhance overall DICOM sales
- Work with Reseller Sales Representatives to increase DICOM business
- Demonstrate products and teach Sales Representatives how to use sales and marketing tools efficiently
- Promote current campaigns and DICOM activities
- Work closely with DICOM EMEA Business Development to promote new products and recruit new channel partner for these products
- Keep resellers up-to-date on new products
- Set goals and develop a business plan together with the reseller
- Serve as the key point of contact for resellers and end-users
- Make a systematic pattern of outbound calls to customers
- Set up a pattern of calling that achieves the desired number of contacts per month
- Set objectives for and follow-up expectations after each call
- Coordinate DICOM resources to serve resellers effectively
- Send in reports, forecasts, information etc. according to the required deadlines.
- Continually obtain and develop personal knowledge of DICOM products to constantly provide up to date and accurate information to customers

Competencies & Skills

- Between 3-5 years of experience in the ITC distribution market
- Sales focused
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High level of commitment and focus on execution
- Self-enthusiastic and shows empathy for customer?s business

Languages

- Fluent Swedish, Finnish and English language skills
- Other relevant languages would be an advantage
