We’re looking for an Insights and Analytics manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, analytical, agile environment and is inspired to use their talents to help us in our mission to pioneer women’s health with research and passion. Grounded in science and founded by scientists, we pride ourselves with being a very data-driven company and team. This role is thus of great importance and has a high impact cross functionally at Natural Cycles.

We are looking for YOU whose soft skills shine and who can communicate with ease in English. YOU are passionate about technology, team work, but also have a responsibility and autonomy in your work. YOU are able to work efficiently in a remote work environment, in a setting where online and asynchronous communication is the foundation.

We are a remote-first company and have physical offices in Stockholm, Geneva and New York, which you are welcome to use if you are located nearby. Once or twice per year (COVID permitting) we all meet up in person in a beautiful location to enjoy a few days together.

What you will be doing

- Be a leader of a small 1-2 person Analytics team as part of the company's larger Platform team, which provides tools and technology to empower other “front-facing” teams to efficiently achieve their goals.
- Build and proactively maintain tools (such as business dashboards) to help stakeholders across the organization to draw the right conclusions from data.
- Build/maintain the infrastructure that enables: - Business monitoring/reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Analysis of user behavior
- Scientific experimentation





- Make sure that the right data infrastructure and analytics tools are in place.
- Make sure that stakeholders have access to the insights that they need.
- Make sure that the analytics data collected are correct, useful and of good quality.
- Lead and facilitate the company-wide AB test meetings, help others analyze AB tests, e.g. teach others how to know if a test is statistically significant.

What skills and experience we think you have

- You are a performance and numbers driven person, used to getting insights from data analytics.
- Service-minded person that enjoys and empowers colleagues to achieve their goals.
- You have a combination of strategic thinking and being a hands-on person to be able to solve tasks by yourself.
- Great analytical skills.
- You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense.
- Self-driven person who’s capable of tackling loosely defined problems.
- Proactivity, striving to continuously improve existing solutions. Ability to detect and help fix data/analytics related issues before they are reported by other teams.
- You are a communicative person that values building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and have the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Good technical understanding of data, data types, data pipelines, data warehouse solutions (such as Snowflake), analytics tools (such as Mixpanel), visualization tools, analytics dashboards, SQL and statistics.
- Have experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau) and are able to visualize data and insights in a way that is easily consumable by stakeholders.
- Being able to use a programming language (in addition to SQL) is a bonus, but not a requirement.
