Integration Developer

Fyndiq is an e-commerce platform like Amazon, through which we, in the spirit of Ullared, offer a range of products for bargain hungry shoppers. Fyndiq is the one stop bargain shop of the web. Moreover, we provide a sales channel for all types of e-tailers as well as brick and mortar stores, who want to sell slowly moving products or products that needs to increase in sales in an accessible way. Today we have more than 950 merchants connected and we offer our customers more than 125,000 products.

Fyndiq was established on the market in 2010 and has since then enjoyed a rapid growth. In 2011 sales were 8 million, which increased in 2012 to 56 million and landed 2013 at 124 million. Fyndiq is operated by experienced entrepreneurs with full involvement and high goals for the future. Our vision is to become the largest e-commerce platform in Sweden and as we go on we see strong growth both in Sweden and internationally. Today we are 55 ambitious and proud employees and we are growing rapidly within all our teams. To enhance our technical team we are now looking for a skilled developer who has experience from developing API's.

As a developer at Fyndiq you are going to work in a highly skilled tech-team that take pride in creating elegant, simple solutions that scale well. With our team you will work in a way that is inspired by the open source community and our work relies on communication via GitHub.

In this position you will work as a developer in an Integration team when merchants want to integrate with our API. This position involves creating new modules and functionalities as well as improving our API in a scalable and effective way. You will also be working with the team to improve our platform and website.

Who are you?

We are looking for a talented developer who knows PHP. To succeed in this position you have prior experience from developing API's, preferably from the e-commerce business. Experience from web development and knowledge in Python/Django is highly meritorious. We also believe that you enjoy working for a fast growing entrepreneurial startup company that uses English as working language.

As a person you take pride in being part of building our own platform which means that you are careful, accurate and want to make a difference. Since you will be handling API it is important that you are service minded, outgoing and that you easily communicate with different types of merchants.
