The position:
We have several customers in central Gothenburg who are looking for talented Interaction designers.

You work together with creative colleagues to create digital solutions. Based on the facts you make a functional design that creates a value for the users of the digital channel.

You are expected to:
- Create functional design on both conceptual and detailed level
- Documenting the functional design by writing functional specifications.
- Conduct interviews and observations to identify user needs
- Have a good understanding of the possibilities and limitations of digital design and development.
- Document the target group analysis in a way that makes it easy for customers to access and understand. You are expected to describe audiences through personas and identify solutions that meet user needs.
- Conduct usability tests to validate that the functional design meets the needs of users and the expected business benefits, and make recommendations for how the solution can be further improved.
- Understand navigation and information architecture and have knowledge of relevant methods for improving these.
- Analyze visitor statistics from Google Analytics to identify user patterns and needs, and follow up the results expected on existing solutions.
- Master the tools such as Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, and Sketch.

About you:
You have a relevant education and at least two years experience in interaction design, where you worked with more than one digital channel and have good knowledge of the functional design.

As a person you are positive, social, thorough and communicative, and has the ability to lead your own work forward. You are stimulated by tasks that challenges you and your creative abilities.

Your team:
To help you, you will have a competent team consisting of other interaction designers, digital strategists, graphic designers, copywriters and others. All development is done in close collaboration with both the customers frontend and backend developers.
