Commercial Site Infrastructure:
The mission of the Commercial Site Infrastructure organization is to support AREVA employees and suppliers with the organization of their accommodation and transportation on-site.
Job Description:
AREVA is seeking a Commercial Site Infrastructure Assistant - Intern for the Project PLEX for our site Oskarshamn, Sweden.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Supports the Commercial Site Infrastructure Manager in her daily business:
- Flight and hotel booking
- Commercial project execution in SAP (Creation of Purchase Requests; Invoices; Cost Change Notes; etc.)
- Controlling of Site Infrastructure Budget
- Answering questions, e.g. Site Access; Tax Issues; Medical Service; Activities onsite, etc.
- International Supplier- and Customer Management (Sweden; Slovakia; Germany; USA; etc.)
Qualifications
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.
- High School Diploma.
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program "International Business".
- Advanced SAP; MS Office (Word; Excel; Access) Knowledge
- Fluent in English, German, Russian
The following requirements are desired and will be used to differentiate all candidates who apply for this position.

- Major in Studies "Logistics" or "Supply-Chain-Management
- Critical thinker.
