To Siemens Financial Services in Umeå we are looking for an

Internal Sales / Innesäljare

Purpose:

To grow existing supporting and non-supporting accounts and identify, contact and develop new customer relationships in order to maximise sales aid leasing opportunities in line with business targets and goals. To consistently deliver a high level of customer service in order to meet and exceed customer needs.

What are my responsibilities?

To develop via the telephone effective relationships with the existing customer account base in order to grow the existing volume of leasing business.

To ensure a fast, efficient, high quality, error free processing of proposals/applications in line with customer needs and agreed service levels.

To contact proposed lessees and introducers in order to gain information required to establish credit approval.
To ensure effective communication of decisions back to the customer.

To progress chase and follow-up all accepted proposals in order to win business, thereby meeting conversion rate targets.
Ensuring Sales support by liaising between Credit, Business Processing & other functions

To ensure comprehensive, up-to-date customer account records are maintained on a database in respect of terms of business, rates, commissions and incentives (current and lapsed), decision makers / key contacts, service needs / expectations, contact dates, reason for contact and actions agreed / taken.

To ensure adequate service is provided to introducers and leases.

Providing appropriate information and support to costumers.
Supporting the external sales team.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Experience of telephone based communication is required.
- Leasing experience is desirable.
- Sales background (preferably telephone based) is desirable.
- Experience of working in a customer focused business.
- Personally motivated to work in a Sales Environment
- Must be able to work to Targets and tight deadlines
- Good Keyboard Skills/PC knowledge and understanding
- Positively when confronted with the need and rationale for change.
- Is aware of and uses personal impact and credibility to sustain the respect and support of others.
- Identifies and prioritises processes and required actions to achieve objectives.
- Takes a commercial position aligned with the organisation?s goals and their own personal targets to achieve the best possible outcome
- Customer Centric - Places the customer at the heart of all their day-to-day activities
