Our base is the accounting where we have several large customers where some of them are award winners. The consultant part of the business where this position is, have long experience of financial services in multinational companies.

Market
Market in Sweden Is thousands of companies that are led by Russians living in Sweden or in Russia. There are also entrepreneurs/company leaders that have companies in Sweden as well in Russia.

The concept
Offer a concept of long range plan that is based on market and finance. The unique in the product is teaching the customer and there managing team how to work and update the plan for coming years.

For customers with several companies and/or companies in several countries we will be able to create a Shared Service Centre in Sweden or in Russia. The Unique thing is that we will teach the customer in the process so they can have a successful base for their finance and administration.

The difference from other consulting companies is that we teach the customer to maintain the service provided for coming years.

Description of the position
Permanent employment, we start with part time 50 %. Salary SEK 15 000 in 50 % (Full time SEK 30 000). First thing is to have an internal education about the concept. Then you will have a list of potential customers that are in leading position or owner of companies in Sweden run by Russians, so sometimes you have to call them in Russia. You set up a meeting. We meet the customer and if needed you will translate from English to Russian or vice versa. We produce the long range plan together and then you have to teach the customer how to work with it for the coming years. The teaching is the unique part of our business and it is crucial for success.

Your background
You must be able to speak Russian and English. You must have long experience from teaching Russian business professionals. We are not looking for a sales person. We are looking for someone whos has worked as a translator for a while and preferable as a teacher. You have experience in translation both verbally and in writing English/Russian. You must have an interest in learning Swedish if you do not know the language. Because of travels to Russia you must be comfortable to travel there and talk to professional businessmen. It is also in your favor if you are interested in marketing and finance, but you do not have to have a degree or have worked in these arias. You are willing to present the concept in public forums. We are looking for someone who is passionate and would like to build up this concept.
