Our client Ekman & Co is currently recruiting an international credit and risk analyst. The position is located at Ekman’s HQ in Gothenburg. As part of Ekman & Co’s finance team, you will provide high quality service to Ekman’s business divisions and global network of offices and partners. You will be part of a small team and therefore need to show very good team spirit, working capacity, discipline and ability to find solutions.



The role:

Your primary responsibilities will be in the area of Credit Risk Management and risk mitigation allowing us to do business in challenging markets. You will also be expected to contribute in other areas within the Ekman Group’s Finance department. The position includes analysis and assessment of financial statements, credit reports and other relevant information. Dynamic interaction with Ekman’s business divisions, business partners and customers is a key part of the job, in order to acquire information, understand commercial needs, stay in tune with markets and build relationships. The position also requires international travel to key markets for market analysis, customer visits and possibly assignments abroad.



Qualifications and Profile:

To be considered for this position you will have a university degree, for example in business administration or finance. The successful candidate is likely to have 3-5 years’ experience from an international company or financial institutions.



We are looking for a well-organized team-player with excellent interpersonal skills. You also have strong analytical skills in combination with a good business sense and a genuine interest for international trade. You are a person with good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
