H&M is looking for a future Controlling leader to our International Management Program in Controlling. Do you have a passion for selling, retail and leading people? We are looking for a natural leader to join us for an exciting international career. Our International Management Program in Controlling offers you a great starting point to learn how we drive our business in order for you to grow in to a key management role in controlling.
The content of the program will be tailored to fit your experience and competence. You will join our global head office to get an introduction to our way of working in store, area, country, and head office. You will get the chance to establish a valuable network with country organizations and head office functions. After this period you will assume the role as Business Controller, taking responsibility for an area in one of our country organizations. Your main responsibilities when you take on the Business Controller role will be optimizing selling, maximizing profit and controlling costs of the stores in your area.
You'll be given plenty of responsibility from day one and the program will give you a good foundation in order for you to grow into a future key management role in controlling. If you live the H&M values and perform at a high level, you will have great opportunities to develop into a position as for example Country Controller (H&M role equivalent to Finance Director for one or several countries) or a controlling position in one of our global head office functions. Your line manager is the Head of Controlling for H&M Global Sales and Operations, and you'll be expected to contribute to taking our way of working in controlling to the next level.

We are looking for candidates who are mobile and flexible for a position abroad for at least 5 years after the introduction at our head office in Sweden. Which country you will be based in depends on our current needs and where we can provide the best possible start for you. We believe that you have the following qualifications:

. Relevant academic degree
. Approximately 5-8 years of working experience from both strategic and operational roles within different functions and companies. Retail/FMCG and management consultant background is meriting
. Experience from operational leadership (leading teams)
. Experience from performing and taking action on business analyses
. International experience
. Ability to work abroad for at least 5 years
. Mobile and flexible regarding country of placement
. Open for extensive travelling
. Fluency in English, other languages are meriting
