International Project Manager, Swedish/Nordic market

This is your opportunity!An International Project Manager’s main task is to invite high-level decision makers, who are responsible for investments plans, to invitation-only events. In addition, you are responsible for creating event content by committing some of the decision makers to a role at the event, such as speaker. You will be part of the Nordic & European Events team and that organizes events throughout the continent. Your main responsibility will be the Swedish market, but you will also contact clients in Norway, Denmark and Finland. You can be located in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen or Amsterdam.We are looking for:A genuine “can-do” attitude with superb customer service skills!An ability and motivation to communicate with decision makers (CEO’s, CFO’s etc.) mainly on the phone and emailApproximately 1-3 years of relevant work experience, such as sales or customer servicePrevious experience in the B2B-field is an advantageExcellent coordinating, multitasking and IT skills (Microsoft Office)Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
