International Sales Agent

We are an international organization growing quickly, we are currently looking for a International Sales Agent to help us reach new heights. We are currently expanding our Delegate Acquisition Sales Team. This position will involve business to business sales at the executive level. You will be responsible for acquiring top level executives to be involved in advanced, content-rich, high quality meetings and conferences. These meetings will be educational-based conferences that will offer the benefit of alleviating any current business related issues as well as providing an opportunity to better their overall practices. The daily responsibilities include targeted lead research, selling over the phone, working collaboratively with several departments within the company, in addition to closing business as often as possible. For the right person with the right personality, this can become the start of a very successful career. International Sales: We are looking for hungry, competitive people to create an impact immediately. An ideal candidate will be energetic with a glowing personality while boasting a track record of victories and success throughout his/her life.

As an International Sales Agent you will join our HQ in Stockholm and play a key role in building and cultivating relationships, create opportunities throughout Europe and generate new revenue growth. You will get to work with some of the best talents in the industry to create innovative, high quality solutions to meet our clients business needs. A top candidate for this position will have the aptitude to make adjustments and constantly learn and apply new sales strategies exemplifying versatility and coachability while possessing the skill to close business time after time.

Requirements:
- Fluent English skills are required as all communication will be done in English (even internally)
- Experience in Face-to-face and telephone sales
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Excellent selling, closing, and objection handling abilities
- Ability to build new relationships and manage existing relationships
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans
- Set and meet individual targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to think strategically about clients goals and create partnership solutions that are perfectly tailored to their business objectives.
