CG Drives & Automation develops solutions to control and monitor electric motors, offering energy savings, reduced maintenance and improved productivity. The company offers complete drive systems based on a range of standard products, including AC drives and soft starters. CG Drives & Automation has its application expertise in pumps, fans, compressors, blowers, cranes, crushers, centrifuges, mills, mixers, conveyors, saws, lifts etc. and with target industries such as Power generation, Water/wastewater, Process industries, Mining, Infrastructure, Machine builders etc. CG Drives and Automation focuses on three selected application areas in the high-end drives market Flow control, Material handling, Lift control, Motors and Transformers.

CG Drives & Automation (former Emotron) is since mid-2011 part of Crompton Greaves group, a global industrial company profiled within electricity and electronics dating back to 1937 with 15 000 employees worldwide. Crompton Greaves operates in 21 countries and provides electrical products, systems and services for Utilities, Power Generation, Industry and Consumers.
CG Drives & Automation has 220 employees in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and India with the head office in Helsingborg, Sweden. Sales, technical service and product development are performed by dedicated teams in Sweden, Netherlands and Germany. Our production takes place in Helsingborg, Sweden and in Mandideep India.

To lead our International Sales, we are now looking for an International Sales Manager, placed at the head office in Helsingborg. You will be part of Global Sales Organization and report directly to the Head of Global Sales.

Job Responsibilities
The International Sales Manager will lead business development of international accounts and emerging markets. Your main responsibilities will be to support the growth of primarily the international customers, existing- as well as new customers going forward. The customers will be based both in the Nordic countries as well as internationally. The International Sales Manager will also be involved in the development of CG Drives and Automation´s future vision of growing the automation capabilities in the business. The International Sales Manager is expected to create together with our regions market and business plans as well as influence the product line growth plans achieving the company´s vision.

Number of travel days is approximately 70-100 days per year.


Utbildning/Erfarenhet :
We believe that you have a well proven and business oriented background and have a good knowledge of the core product offerings (automation, drives, soft starters and motors). You have a bachelor engineering degree and a relevant experience gained in any commercial/sales area involving contact with customers or the general public is essential. You are a result oriented person with drive, are a good listener and the ability to building network and relations with customers. You speak English fluently and are willing to travel.
