Vi är ett litet export företag inom bygghandeln. Vi erbjuder konsultation till Svenska och Kinesiska marknaden.

Vi expanderar och behöver en säljare. Du kommer att jobba både i Sverige samt Kina. Anställningen är under 2 år med start 1 mars 2014- 28 februari 2016.

Sales Representative
Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.


Responsibilities:
. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
. Responsible for Choosing and purchasing good floor material and products.
. Contact with Chinese floor wholesalers and retailers.
. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
. Five years plus experience in floor purchasing and selling
. Excellent communications skills in Chinese, written and oral.
. Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
. Willingness to travel and work in Sweden and China.
. Experience in managing creative processes like advertising, design work and promotions.
. Creative and self-motivated work style with proven ability
. Ability to execute against strategy from start to finish; ensuring projects meet objectives, on time and within budget.
. Self starter, good communicator with strong interpersonal skills - ability to work well with different functional areas

. Note: The employment is two years. From 1st of March 2014 to 28th of Feburary, 2016. It is a full time job. The salary is fixed.
