You will work in diversified teams where your major task will be business driven analysis to maximize sales and profitability. During the summer you will work within one of our global functions at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are looking for:
-Business or Engineering students with one year left to graduation after the internship.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in your team.
-Driven and result oriented personalities, with a genuine interest in retail. Experience in sales, store or e-commerce is meritorious.
-An entrepreneurial mind-set, taking own initiatives, as we are a flat organization with a straight forward, open-minded culture and short decision paths.
-Team players with leadership skills wanting to grow as leaders within H&M.
-International experience from either work or studies. Your English is fluent and other languages are meritorious. Swedish is not mandatory.

To be eligible you need to have work permit in Sweden or EU.
