Intranet Editor/ Communications Manager for IT Communications

We are looking for an internal editor for Electrolux in Stockholm!

Main responsibilities:

- eGate editor (Electrolux intranet)
- Plan, create and publish articles
- Drive and maintain an IT editorial plan
- Drive improvements and maintain the intranet according to the strategy and the needs of the organization


eGate specialist
- Support IT with advice on how to utilize eGate in an efficient way
- Writer and video content creator
- Write articles, blogs and other updates
- Help with English proofreading
- Write video scripts (if skilled video producer: video production)

Local IT TV
- Plan and publish editorial content with focus on video
- Communications support on on-need basis
- Contribute to projects as a communications expert; creating and executing communication plans and activities

Regular meetings
- IT communications meeting
- Group Communications Editorial meeting

Din profil
Your qualifications:

- Fluency in English equal to native - both spoken & written
- Ability to write and deliver compelling content in English
- Ability to work with an intranet
- Ability to create content for internal online communications tools such as news flow, blogs, chat, forums, communities
- Ability to plan, organize and execute on an editorial agenda
- Own drive and result oriented mindset

You have a degree in communications and/or a few years' experience from working in the fields of internal communications. The position is based in Stockholm and you will report to the Head of
Communications for Electrolux IT. In this role you work very close to the Group Communications Head of Editorial Team.
