Inventory Procurement Planner

We are looking to fill a temporary position for six months in our IPP team for Lubricants. You will be responsible for the replenishment of Lubes products. Your main task would be to control all elements of the stock function, ensuring product availability within our company's target.


Key Responsibilities

During this period you will support the IPP department with daily tasks such as Purchase Order handling, making inbounds, respond to and handle issues sent to our common mailbox. You will have contact with our suppliers for orders and to ensure that the correct delivery dates are updated in the system. You will have to check daily and react to all orders where product is out of stock, informing sales of expected delivery dates etc. Further you will have to continually monitor product availability and take necessary action.


We Are Looking For

As a person you have to be structured, driven and take full ownership of your tasks to get things done. You are comfortable working with figures and possess good analytical skills. You are fluent in English, both oral and written as a lot of the tasks and communication have to be done in English. You will be familiar with working in Excel and experience of SAP is an advantage. For a successful handover process we would like the candidate to start as
soon as possible. You will report to the IP Manager for Lubes and will work close together with the other persons in the IPP team based in Stockholm and Vantaa.
