OM TJÄNSTEN
Our client is looking for an application specialist who will provide level 1 and level 2 application support for internal process areas such as finance, service, distribution, sales and production. You will perform everything that is needed to find the resolution of all reported application issues in the production environments to prevent business disturbances and warranty business continuity and sustainable application support services.

You will be part of a smaller team who is located in different parts of the world and they provide support internationally. Now our client wants a person who is close to the main business. There are colleagues in other teams close by that you will work closely with.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Take ownership and timely follow up on user enquiries, access requests and other type of requests that are within the scope of operations


* Analyze application issues and provide resolution and communicate in timely manner in line with the agreed service scope and service levels
* Identify application or process related improvements to relevant stakeholders for further investigation and error prevention
* Assist in creating and improving support documents to facilitate reuse, improve competence and efficiency in IT service function
* Support the transition of implementation projects, transition of new solutions/applications and change management process


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Minimum 2 years professional experience supporting system in a similar position


* Minimum 2 years professional experience in managing support calls, incidents, root cause analysis and providing workarounds and permanent solutions
* Vocational education preferably in the area of IT, high school diploma or higher education with experience of working within a service organization.
* Fluent in English
* Able to travel internationally
* Knowledge in AS/400 and SQL knowledge


Competence in following is nice to have:


* Sound DB2 knowledge
* Sound AS/400 DB Editor like WRKDBF
* ITIL know-how and/or certification/s


It is also meritorious if you have experience of:
