Skanska IT Nordic is looking for an Integration Architect
Skanska IT Nordic (ITN) operates within the Nordic countries, daily serving about 13,000 users with effective IT solutions provided by about 180 ITN colleagues located in Sweden. ITN is an integrated IT function within Skanska, co-owning business success, closely integrated with our business partners and sharing Skanska's overall goals and values. Our focus is currently directed towards the digital transformation in the industry, in order to create better opportunities for easier use of IT-related services within Skanska.
We are now strengthening our Integration team with an Integration Architect/Service responsible to continue our journey to fulfil the strategic target of being the best IT provider in our industry, a challenge in which we invite you to join us.
Role Description
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the alignment of integration solutions with business partners, IT and integration strategy. As the ideal candidate, you know how to design solutions with integration lifecycle management in mind. You will be in charge of enhancing the integration strategy, roadmap and guidelines to meet new requirements.
Furthermore, you will be the Service Responsible within the team. The role includes activities such as:

* Lead the integration team in the day to day delivery which entails Incident Management, Service Requests and Change Management

* Be the product owner in the agile team

The location for this position will be Stockholm, Sweden.
About You

You are analytical, thorough, and capable of seeing the small details in a bigger picture. Since this role requires abilities to integrate and collaborate with various stakeholders, it is essential that you have great communication skills with an ability to communicate efficiently across different parts of the organization. It is important that you have a solution and result oriented approach and that you are ready to proactively solve issues on various levels to find the best solutions within the integration area.
You have an academic degree in IT, Business Systems, Data Science, Engineering or similar. You have solid experience within the integration area, preferably Architectural.
We appreciate experience in the following areas: Scrum/Kanban, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Data Integrator, API management, IBM DataPower and Managed File Transfer.
Since this is a role, where you will collaborate with people across the Nordics and sometimes globally, being proficient in English is essential.
