We keep on growing - and are now looking for an IT Coordinator to join our team in Malmö!
In this brand new and exciting role within the company, you will join our competent Product and Development Team, that consists of developers, product associates and a system administrator. You will work closely with and report to the CTO, but also have a close collaboration with our Employee Experience and Finance & Compliance departments. To ensure success as an IT coordinator, you should display the technical aptitude needed to help staff solve their technical issues as quickly as possible, as well as being able to drive your own projects and processes forward. You are also a person who enjoys and thrives in a diverse environent, working with different nationalities and is driven by troubleshooting and providing excellent internal service.
Core responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Internal IT-support to employees in all our offices
Purchasing of technological equipment
Installing, upgrading and managing software and hardware on company devices
Managing all software licensing
Keeping an inventory of all company electronic assets
Develop IT procedures, documents and policies
Simpler network troubleshooting
Keep track of users, accounts and domains
Collaborate and be the main point of contact with our external providers
Evaluating and recommending software purchases to the CTO
To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:
A post-secondary education within relevant field, ideally a mix between IT/Economy
Fluent English skills
Excellent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot both Windows and Mac
Experience working with IT tools and concepts
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical as well as non-technical personnel
Ideally, you also have:
Work experience as an IT coordinator or a similar role
Experience working with PowerBI
SaaS-experience
Project management-experience
