Apsis is growing and we are now looking for an IT focused COO
As a COO at Apsis you will be responsible ensuring top of the line service and support functions to our customer as well as internally. The areas of responsibility are:


• Our very experienced support team of 14+ people, who with much appreciation from customers and employees delivers professional written and spoken support in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Turkish and Dutch
• Our extremely efficient production team of 8+ people who produce and design templates
• Our hard working passionate team of 3 people Internal IT/Deliverability & Migration
• Our Professional Service Team of 8 + people that with great knowledge make sure that Apsis keep our position in the very lead of e-mail marketing

As an important leader within the organization you will be an inspiring force to continue to work close with our customers to understand their needs  and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will be coaching and mentoring the department managers individually and in team meetings.
