Description Job Location: Stockholm Job Function: IT Operations Job Family: IT Position Purpose: Provide IT infrastructure support and guidance locally, regionally and globally Principal Accountabilities: -Administer EMEA region Active Directory and MS Exchange.-Support and develop VPN methodology.-Take the lead in identifying, evaluating and documenting Infrastructure issues.-Support of Blackberry and Smartphone technology.-2nd line support of users.1st line cover when needed.-Advises on and supports new software packages and upgrades.-Advises on the installation of upgrades and supports desktop and server operating systems.-Work with colleagues in other regions to assist when necessary.-Administration of the MS Sharepoint portal -Cisco firewall administration -Support of Laptops both in house and remotely Key Relationships Internal: - IT Manager EMEA - Other members EMEA region IT team External: - IT consultants Additional Requirements: -Good standard of education and/or relevant technical experience -Must have a flexible approach towards working hours.Occasional weekend and evening work is required -Able to accept responsibility and be accountable for meeting deadlines.-Able to work under pressure from both users and the IT unit -Ambitious and enthusiastic -Self motivated -Good communication skills (written and spoken English and Swedish) and be able to deliver clear messages to all levels of employees -Must be a team player The duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description may vary from time to time in accordance with business needs and the demands of the job.
