IT infrastructure coordinator

Damco Sweden AB is currently looking for an Area IT infrastructure coordinator to our IT team in Gothenburg.The team handles second level end-user support and other infrastructure services. Our team in Gothenburg including this position consists of 2 colleagues with a good spirit.The IT team in Gothenburg is part of our Nordic and Baltic IT department that currently consists of 3 colleagues.The overall vision of the department is to support the business by ensuring that all systems are accessible at any time with an acceptable response time Technical skills: *Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (XP) *Thorough knowledge of MS Office, Exchange/Outlook, IBM Personal Communications, MCS front-end etc.*PC hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skills (including IP printers) *Basic server and network troubleshooting skills *Knowledge of File and Print services *Knowledge of Active Directory *Change management awareness *Risk Management awareness Soft skills: *Time management *Effective communication *People skills *Customer service *Initiative *Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and knowledge in one of the Scandinavian languages Attach your CV and cover letter.
