IT Maintenance Manager Collaboration & BI



Mission:

The mission of the Maintenance Manager is to take responsibility for the application lifecycle management for the Collaboration (primarily SharePoint) and BI applications and services. The Maintenance Manager will also have the responsibility of managing end user, business and IT requirements for the delivery.

  

Job Context:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing direct interaction with end users and business stakeholders regarding solution requirements, including both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context.

The Maintenance Manager mainly interfaces with the business solution key users, support and operation team. The job requires excellent solution understanding combined with related process knowledge, solution dependencies and interfaces.

 

Responsibilities

- Creating and maintaining SLAs
- Coordinating maintenance, upgrades and configurations
- Building up a support organization and formalize the support process
- Reviewing and maintaining the technical setup of the applications and environments
- Coordinating support issue, administrate user account and authorization
- Coordinating critical year end activities
- Actively communicating with super users about planned maintenance, upgrades and configurations
- Continued improvement of way of working

 

 Competence

- SharePoint knowledge (Technical understanding, features and possibilities)
- Knowledge in other collaboration platforms is an advantage (example JIRA)
- General technical knowledge of cloud services (O365), integrations and application management
- Good coordinator and communicator
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams in a changing environment
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize
- Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative
- Fluent in English and preferable Swedish and/or Chinese
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture is an advantage
