IT Maintenance Manager Financial & HR Services

As Maintenance Manager you take responsibility for the application lifecycle management for the financial (SAP) and HR related applications. Further, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing direct interaction with end users and business stakeholders regarding solution requirements, including both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context. 

The role requires excellent solution understanding, combined with related process knowledge, solution dependencies and interfaces. 

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain SLA´s
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades and configurations
- Build up a support organization and formalize the support process
- Review and maintain the technical setup of the applications and environments
- Coordinate support issue, administrate user account and authorization
- Coordinate critical year end activities
- Active communicate with super users about planned maintenance, upgrades and configurations
- Continous improvement of way of working

  Competence

- SAP knowledge (Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Time reporting, Project Control)
- General technical knowledge of cloud services, integrations and application management
- Good coordinator and communicator
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams in a changing environment
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize
- Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative
- Fluent in English and preferable Swedish or/and Chinese
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture is an advantage
