We are looking for a Servant Leader to build and lead a new group who will take responsibility for Shopfloor IT Operation, you will lead and develop a team of IT Technicians with varying experiences levels to optimize support and delivery of Shopfloor IT and uptime for all Södertälje Production units, having a direct and meaningful impact in our Order to Delivery flow.
You will also be part of an equally awesome management team within the Order to Delivery Department. We believe in modern and diverse leadership thinking and an agile way of working, and we think you will fit perfectly into that mindset.

Your main responsibilities will be to inspire and drive a great work culture where your team members get challenged and grow in their careers. It is also to collaborate closely with our partner IT groups and business stakeholders to ensure a premium experience by ensuring our IT keeps the business rolling.
You and your team will be responsible for ensuring both proactively and reactively the high uptime of our Production units via leading issue resolution for critical deviations, developing more reliable/redundant processes, and preparing and delivering shopfloor IT equipment.
We think you are someone that is strong at building relationships based on trust. Trust that you get by being true to your promises but also because you are transparent, humble, and open when things are not going as planned.
You are good at driving change and constantly challenging the status quo, this is probably something that gets you up from bed every day. You are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
We think you resonate deeply with agile principles and Lean and love the challenge to implement and coach these principles and practices in your team and stakeholder relationships.
Even though you are all of the above, you are constantly hungry and eager to develop even further, and never stop learning.
