China Euro Vehicle Technology AB, CEVT, is a development centre for future cars of the Geely Group.

IT Process & Change Manager

As an IT Process & Change Manager you will be responsible to foster and develop the IT Processes and change management located in Sweden, and work closely with Geely IT in China to align processes.

Interaction with other department’s is a key to be successful in this role and a close collaboration with the IT management team is required, work will also include a close co-operation with the respective departments when it comes to process change development and implementation. In this role you will report to the IT Director located in Sweden, CEVT.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Responsible for the development and implementation of effective and lean processes and systems for the IT department, in connection to ITIL and CEVT NPDS (New Product Development Process)
• Represent the IT department in company cross-functional initiatives (internal/ external) regarding processes
• Coach and train the organization in new/ updated processes
• Updating of CEVT mgmt. system with process descriptions
• Implement processes for continuous improvements
• Develop training and communication material
• System owner and responsible for future plans and development for our Servicedesk system
• Lead and develop the change management process within the IT organization
• Create and maintain SLA´s between business and IT

Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience of change management
• At least 5 years of experience of process development and documentation
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams in a changing environment
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize
• Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative
• High level of self-initiative and ability to work with minimal Supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture Analytical Skills
• Good overall administration skills are needed including good knowledge in power point and process documentation
