IT Project Controller at Acne Studios

Acne Studios is a Swedish based fashion company with a global reach that sells its products through 650 retailers in more than 40 countries and more than 30 concept stores located in Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, among others. It is a fast growing company with a yearly turnover of roughly 100 MEUR. The headquarters is located in the Old Town in Stockholm, and employs around 140 people. Apart from the Stockholm office, Acne Studios operates offices in Paris, New York, Oslo and Copenhagen.

The position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm. You are an important part of the system development team, which includes 8 colleagues, and you report to the Head of System Development. As Acne Studios is a fast growing company, you will take part in forming and developing your role together with your manager and the team.
Work description

• Manage IT development projects – make sure planning, execution and delivery are on time.
• Handle communications concerning projects with stakeholders, teams and management.
• Create and maintain project plans including resource requests, time estimates, risks and their mitigations and dependencies with other projects.
• Cooperate with and motivate team members to perform within projects and follow the development process.
• Approve requirements from business analysis team together with tester.
• Define deliverables together with system developers and IT Operations team, then monitor progress and quality of deliverables.
• Report progress to stakeholders and management.

Background requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• +2 years experience with IT project management.
• Experience from ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics AX.
• Experience with modern SDLC processes and techniques, including Agile development.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and developers.
• Comfortable planning own work and time.
• Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English: written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Meriting with knowledge in Microsoft Biztalk or QlikView.
