We are looking for a pragmatic IT Security Coordinator for our Commercial Acquiring Technology (CA TECH) team, the business-critical AWS microservice-based platform which is developed and operated by four skilled autonomous DevOps teams with a strong agile mentality and lean culture, using open-source technologies and serverless architecture. As a processor of payment transactions, we require sound IT security practices that are subject to regulatory requirements and sensitive data protection.
In this role, you will be based in Stockholm and report to the CTO of (CA TECH), as a part of a small Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) team, working closely with our DevOps teams in lean-agile methodology, aligning with the security regulations, guidelines, corporate policies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
As an owner of our IT security-related Community of Practice, you will coordinate within the team to continuously exchange security-related experiences, practices, and processes.
Managing recurring security standard methodologies and processes to identify and access management and vulnerability scans.
Supporting the DevOps teams on ensuring compliance to Worldline information security policy and PCI-DSS.
Assure the security as an integrated part of our SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in architectural discussions to ensure security requirements are defined, and represent CA TECH in security-related audits
Representing (CA TECH) as IT security process coordinator for Worldline 1st and 2nd line of defense security functions.
Managing incidents throughout the entire life cycle and performing security assessments for our projects.

Skills we can't do without
Bachelor’s degree from computer science or equivalent working experience.
You are an experienced developer in open-source technologies or AWS serverless architecture.
You have the tendency to challenge the status quo and to always grow.
Teamwork, communication, and speaking your mind with respect to those around you are of high importance for us.
You are curious and have the willingness to grow and exchange your ideas and knowledge together with your teammates.
Proficiency in the English language.

Experience in 1st line IT security role
OWASP, PCI-DSS, DevOps, AWS.
Working proficiency in Swedish
