IT Security Systems Specialist

Incell was founded in 2015 and is a fast-growing company that develop, manufacture and sell lithium batteries for the telecom market. We are now looking for an IT specialist with focus on system security to be a part of our journey towards becoming the world leading supplier of smart and sustainable lithium battery solutions.
At Incell we develop cutting-edge lithium battery solutions for our customers in the telecom industry. We are rapidly growing and need to add to our team an IT systems security specialist to take responsibility for the overall IT security of Incell Group. The position is located at our head office in Kista where you will develop and implement security polices and procedures in accordance with relevant standards as well as enforce these in the company. You are a driven and analytical person with the ability to establish a complex IT infrastructure which enables efficient integration between different IT systems. The person we are looking for is a hands-on professional who can keep track of details without losing the big picture. You are used to performing risk assessments, audits and trainings as well as identifying and solving potential and actual security risks.
As our new IT security systems specialist, we believe that you have:
5+ years of experience in IT security or system administration
Proficient understanding and knowledge of computer network and security systems
You have a strong background in working with IT security and systems and have preferably experience of drafting, implementing and auditing policies and procedures in an international environment.
Worked with defining and enforcing security controls and access privileges
Relevant academic education
Great cooperation & communication skills
